Story Line of the Film. Mr. Jingles goes on a gory murdering spree, inflicting havoc on the families of those who placed him behind bars, determined to make the guilty people pay for what they did. However, the killer clown had one witness who escaped - and spent years in a mental hospital attempting to forget the gruesome recollections. Now that she's returned, she's eager to reintegrate into society - but someone bad film else has other plans!
The Clown March has come to an end! That was going to be a lot of work, and I'm a long way behind, so I'm going to do a TRIPLE REVIEW! Observing Mr. Jingles, Jingles the Clown, and the town of Clowns. It's about a clown killer in Mr. Jingles. As is the case with Jingles the Clown. Everybody's a clown in ClownTown. And I'm still baffled by it all!
